Highlights
Hair highlights are a great way to add depth and texture to your hair colour. The key here is to keep the result looking natural, creating a blend of highlights and lowlights. In our services we differentiate between: full head highlights, half head highlights and t-section highlights.
Half head highlights: with this service, lightener is applied to around half the hair. The focus here is on creating a ribbon effect of highlights and natural hair around the top most visible parts of the hair. As a result it’s more towards the effect the sun would have on the outer sections of your hair.
Full head highlights: going through every layer, section are lightened to carefully create a balanced look. It results in a more brighter and complete finish.
T-section highlights: a t-section service helps to refresh the area around the roots, crown and top quarter of the hair. Great if you have a existing highlights but want to touch up the darker regrowth.
The closely related balayage is a great option too where a lightening of the hair is achieved which fades out towards the top section of the hair.
Loads of options, we know! That’s why we really recommend booking in a consultation to discuss what you want to achieve and what our stylists recommend the best course of action is to get that result.
