Stef

Stef – hairstylist at our Neukölln salon – hails from Buffalo, New York, and has been with the ESHK team since 2020. Starting as an assistant, she was taught by her supportive colleagues and eventually completed a hairdressing Ausbildung. She continued training with leading studios like Wella, Sebastian Professional, and Senzi to build her technical foundation.

Her approach is grounded in paying close attention to how people want to feel when they leave the chair. She listens carefully, explains things clearly, and works with you to find cuts and color that suit your hair type and personal style. She’ll take the time to figure out what you’re actually asking for, even when you’re not totally sure yourself.

Whether you want to explore creative hair color possibilities or keep to your tried and true cut, Stef’s here to be your trusted hair ally.

Mike

Meet Mike, master hairstylist and manager in our Neukölln salon. Born in Warsaw, despite graduating in chemistry, he had always known that hair is his true passion. He gained over 16 years of experience in the Best salons in Warsaw participating in seminars and trainings. Mike likes clean, light hair cuts and natural colours, in which he introduces elements of avant-garde. There’s no greater joy to him than seeing the smile of a client in his chair. In his spare time he enjoys traveling South-East Asia.

Julia

Born in the south of France, our Neukölln based senior hairstylist Julia worked for 8 years in a concept store with hairdresser, records and second-hand clothes. Alongside she would do regular styling at electronic music events in Avignon. Passionate about art and photography, she can now express herself in colors. Whether vivid or natural, she likes to find effortless low maintenance creations for her clients. A good bond with clients is important to her; to be able to have an informal and relaxing atmosphere all whilst delivering a top-notch result.

Ellie

Originally from Manchester UK, Ellie has been in the Hair industry for over 10 years and thrives on making people feel great about themselves. Ellie expertise lies in creative cutting and styling, as well as creating beautifully natural colours that will most compliment her clients. In her spare time ellen loves to dance, and pursues her love for art by drawing and painting.

Nansie

Hailing from Greece, our senior hairstylist in Neukölln, Nansie, has well over a decade experience. From hair salons to theatre productions, Nansie loves to work with various hair types from curls, long hair with multiple layers, short haircuts to creating natural colours. She loves the communication with clients and to help them express their inner beauty and characteristics.

Parimah

Meet Parimah, hairstylist and colourist at our Neukölln hair salon. Originally from Iran, Parimah’s journey into hair started long before any formal training. From school days to working on friends, family, and neighbours, she was always the one people trusted with their hair and makeup.

At just 18, she opened her first salon in her family’s garage, supported by her father — turning passion into something real from the very beginning.

Largely self-taught, she developed her eye through hands-on experience, music videos, and creative exploration. Today, she specialises in highlights, layered cuts, and styling, with a focus on effortless, natural beauty that enhances each client’s individuality.

Known for her calm, honest, and detail-oriented approach, Parimah creates a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and confident. For her, healthy hair is the foundation — and every look should feel as good as it looks.

Inspired by music, art, and human connection, she believes hair is a powerful form of self-expression — and that even small changes can make people feel truly seen.

Thora

Being Icelandic, our receptionist in Neukölln Thora’s actual name, Þórhildur, is a bit too difficult for most Berliners. So if you’ve ever been worried about the spelling of your name being too complicated while making an appointment over the phone, there’s no need for that here, Thora definitely feels your pain.

Thora moved to Berlin from Reykjavik in 2017 after finishing her BA in Literature and Creative Writing. She has years of experience in different kinds of service jobs. She is now happy to work in the reception at our salon in Neukölln where she can focus on her favourite part of any service job – interacting with the clients.

Alice

Meet Alice, Marketing Manager at ESHK. Hailing from sunny Yorkshire, she’s passionate about directing short videos and capturing people in a way that helps them feel confident and beautiful from within.

Alice brings a strong background in photography mixed with seven years of experience in marketing. This has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of trends and a natural ability to connect with people in meaningful, authentic ways. She studied fashion photography at Manchester University before moving to Berlin five years ago, drawn by the city’s dynamic and ever-evolving creative scene.

She loves exploring the intersection of music, hair, and visual storytelling. Coming from a farming background, it was art and music that ultimately brought her to Berlin—where she continues to be inspired by the freedom of expression and individuality the city embraces.
