Summer’s pretty near, sun’s out, time for a fitting new hairdo! Here are some of the hairstyles for summer 2025 we love.

Bixie (Pixie Bob)

Blending the short layers of a pixie with the length of a bob cut. The aim is to create movement and texture in this hybrid haircut. Perfect for those wanting a bold cut without going full pixie.

Butterfly Cut

Here you’re essentially playing with two different lengths, short wavy curtain bangs to create a face frame starting around the cheek bone, and bouncy long hair around for layers and volume.

Blunt Bob

The timeless classic of a bob haircut in its various forms is something we’ve always loved. It’s back in a few forms but a blunt version just that extra bit of understated cool, we think. We’ve seen incredible results for clients going from long layers to a sharply cut blunt bob — the transformation really brings out their facial features. Want an even stronger change? A great effortless option this summer is to go for choppy layers, creating a shaggy look that gives volume and movement without major prep. Ideally you’ve got some volume in your hair naturally to really pull off the style. Keep it short at the top for a version more towards a shaggy mullet / a less voluminous wolfcut.

Blonde Bright

itt’s summer, just go blonder! Bleach it down to a full-on blonde; platinum or ask your stylist for a touch warmer for a soft blonde. Alternatively add a pinch of colour to add interest, such as a subtle pink.
