always get my hair cut here. They are always one step ahead advising on current trends and styles to suit my hair type. I would recommend eshk hair to anyone bored of their current hairstyle and looking for a change or just wanting a skilled hairdresser to cut their hair in a chic and friendly environment.

i’ve been to eshk since last year, i always had my haircut and colour done, and tell you one thing, when you really watching them doing your hair, you can really tell they have a good experience and good skill, because they are not like normal hair salon talking a lot, they only talk when i feel like or when something interesting, they are so fast, haircut i’d say less than an hour(my hair is long and i like blowdry waves) so im very very happy with them! i don’t think i gonna change hairdresser for a long while as i found out both of them are the Owners! see, i have to found out, they didn’t tell me for more than a year!

had a lightlight done last week with a friend of mine, normally im very fussy with my hair, i want this i want that, but this time, i found ESHK from the review section and i saw they have so many reviews so i gave them a try, and i said to them, so whatever you think the best for me, they explained everything, everyone was so nice.

When they finished, i looked at the mirror, i was like ‘wow..thats is like my own hair’ is so natural and doesn’t look like i had dyed my hair! a mins later, my friend finished her hair too, and she was like exactly same as how i shout a min ago! then we both said the same thing, ‘can we have a hair cut as well!!’ because we trust them totally by the result, and now, for sure i will go back again!

PS, they offer different drinks (and beer) also they have an excellent taste!

ESHK Hair is a great hairdresser in London. You could even just search for ESHK hair, as they have a lot of reviews. They also have great hair stylists, and they are colour geniuses. Almost all of my friends go there, as well as my colleagues. They play very cool music, have nice decoration, and offer good prices (much less than I expected)!
P.S they also offer beer, which is great!!

Just give them a try then you will understand perfectly. I think so many people around Farringdon Old Street know about them, so… your turn to write something…

Wanted to give Meg and co at ESHK a bump as they are still preposterously fantastic and should be better known.
No one has ever coloured my hair as brilliantly (who me? no I’m a natural blonde!)
Long may she continue to be the best hairdresser in town, with prices that do not match the hype. Too cool for school.

i just readed this comments about sarah. after i had a colour disaster at tony&guy and paid a fortune i went to eshk and i had my hair done by fernando i think is his name i had the best colour and haircut ever, the prices are very reasonable and the place is fantastic, all of then are very friendlly and there is a great vibe in the salon. i will defenilly go back there. best place in london!!

i always had my highlight done with different people and I loved it. very good price, all of them are so good at cutting and colouring.

i just love everything from there, the product(bumble and bumble) decorations, people, AND THE MUSIC! unfortunely i haven’t gave meg a try as she seems quite busy, but everyone else been cutting my hair and they all GOOD. THANKS again

I have been going to Meg at ESHK in Goswell Road 020 7253 9592 for ages and can’t recommend her highly enough. She is just fab – a great hairdresser in her own cool independent salon and not expensive (around £30-40ish for cut and dry)

I’ve been going to Meg at ESHK for years, since before she and her partner set up this, their own salon. Can’t recommend her and ESHK highly enough. I’d be bereft without this place to sort out my hair. Have loved every style they’ve sent me out with and would never go anywhere else.

Great cuts, lovely folk, cool music and all in all a relaxed not overly trendy but quirky salon (old wooden dressing tables instead of counters), oh and they are not expensive either, certainly not west end whack for cuts or colour.

I’ve seen all ages and both sexes in there as customers, from children to my mum (whose white hair never looked better and they treated her so kindly, made her feel fabulous). Nearest tube is Barbican, or Angel, it is near the bottom of Goswell Road. Or a short walk from the no 55 or 243 bus stop from Old Street or the centre of town.
